Product Manager

Management, Remote - UK

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is enthusiastic about building products that customers love. You will join a progressive and fast-paced atmosphere and work with cross-functional teams to develop, design and roll-out products that deliver the organization’s vision and strategy. At OmniCX you are accountable for managing the product throughout the product lifecycle from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives.

What are we looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep knowledge of customer experience, identify the pain areas, other opportunities and generate new ideas that expand market share, improve customer experience and encourage growth
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Map product strategy into detailed specification and prototypes
  • Close association in work with development teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Drive product launches and liaise with other product management team members
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are uniform with product line strategy and that the message is effectively communicated
  • Act as an OmniCX evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's in technical or related field
  • 8+ years’ experience in the related industry
  • Proven work experience in product management
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Ability to develop product and marketing policy and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Healthy technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Strong problem-solving expertise
  • Adaptive to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
